- With your ticket you have access to all exterior and interior spaces. In the building you will find audiovisual materials, graphics, exhibitions and everything you need to enjoy. - With your ticket you will receive a visit map that will indicate the best option depending on the time or the interests you have. - Remember to be punctual. For your visit you are assigned a specific date and time. Both the free tour and the guided tour have controlled capacity. Outside these hours your ticket is no longer valid. - The entire site is accessible by wheelchair. - Access to the outside and gardens with pets is allowed but they must remain tied at all times. Access to the interior with pets is prohibited. - The time of the visit usually lasts between 45min and 1h - They do not have parking on the premises - You can take photographs throughout the venue as long as it does not affect the experience of other visitors. - Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. - It is not allowed to eat or drink inside the building. - As it is an outdoor and indoor tour, comfortable shoes and rain gear are recommended if applicable. - You can change your plans but you will have to notify us at least 48 hours in advance by sending an email to reservas@tixalia.com or by calling 96 169 19 43.
